Aurelio's instinct guided him to plant syrah on Apalta Mountain's higher slopes, birthing Montes Folly. Despite conventional wisdom deeming it crazy due to the untested variety and costly terrain, Aurelio's vision convinced us. Montes Folly, pure syrah, thrives on the steep slopes of our Apalta valley vineyard, boasting intense aromas of dark fruits and elegant hints of chocolate. Its taste is complex, with layers of blackberry, mocha, and fine spices, complemented by velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Continuously acclaimed as one of Chile's finest syrahs.
