Jakončič Carolina Noir is a wine of moderately intense red to garnet color. It has an elegant, intensely mature aroma in which the aromas of tobacco, coffee, and plum come to the fore. In the mouth, the wine is dry, tasty, with fine ripe tannins. A very complex wine with a long finish and great aging potential.
Goes with duck, lamb chops, grilled tuna.
