Ultimate Provence Rose

Ultimate embodies a distinctive blend of classic Provencal raspberry, blood orange, berry pie, fresh violet, and geranium notes. This contemporary Provence rosé is a symphony of fruit, enriched by floral touches and spicier nuances, particularly from Syrah and Rolle grapes.

The pale color, featuring coppery and silvery tints, reflects our expertise and meticulous selection of premium press juices. After stabilizing the lees to enhance the bouquet and flavor, fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. A brief lees aging precedes final blending and bottling.
