Lun Olive Oil 0.25L

The specificity of Lun are olives. Wild olives (Olea Oleaster) are grafted on Oblica, they are of unusual shape and exceptional age. Their age is the subject of a project by which domestic and foreign experts will try to determine how old Lun olives really are since it is assumed that some are more than two thousand years old. Part of the Olive Grove is 1963. protected and declared a botanical reserve. Our century-old olives are harvested almost exclusively by hand, transported in plastic crates and processed every evening as soon as they arrive from the olive groves. All of the above directly affects the taste, smell and colour of our oil. The oil is thick, greenish-yellow in colour, with a pronounced intense scent of the healthy, fresh olive fruit. Mild bitter and spicy taste with a pleasant aroma. The taste stays in the mouth for a long time, it is specific, impressive and long remembered. It goes well with all Mediterranean dishes; fish, pasta, vegetables or salads and special experience is quality cheese sprinkled with a few drops of our oil. Lun oil mill has been winning medals and awards at Croatian olive growers' gatherings for many years in a row.
