RHEOS Istarska Bjelica is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of golden green colour. Its distinctive intense scent reminisces of the smell of cut grass, artichoke, chicory, rosemary and mint. The strong taste and pronounced bitterness and spiciness associate us with green olives, black pepper and almonds. It pairs best with meat dishes, especially beef, as well as mushrooms, asparagus and hard cheeses. Also, it pairs well with desserts made of vanilla ice cream or dark chocolate.
