Šipun Kapitul

Kapitul is a red wine known as Cupase, also referred to as Bordeaux, crafted from a blend of three grape varieties. It is distinguished by its robust structure, pleasing tannins, and a distinctive bouquet featuring notes of cherries, berries, coffee, and cinnamon.

In its technological vinification, the wine undergoes a two-year aging process in oak barrique barrels, with a composition of 70% French oak and 30% Slavonian oak. Subsequently, it further matures in bottles for an additional 2 years.

Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (25%), and Petit Verdot (5%)
