Bolfan Rhine Riesling is a wine that comes to us from Zlatar (central Croatia). It is produced by the traditional method of fermentation in a bottle. Warm days and cold nights give the Riesling an ideal ratio of sugars and acids in grapes. Rhine Riesling is an excellent variety for long-term storage and aging in the bottle. The abundance of floral and fruity scents, a mild moldy note, a light predicate scent of dried berries, with pleasant acidity and freshness, do not give the Rhine Riesling the epithet king of white wines for no reason.
