Saints Hills Nevina 0.75l

This wine is a blend of Istrian Malvasia and Chardonnay picked from the position of St. Ante. It was fermented and nurtured for six months in oak barrels before bottling.

The aroma of the wine is very intense, complex, dominated by aromas of honey, white fruit, vanilla, followed by fragrant elements of citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth, it is creamy, pleasant acidity where the flavors of apple, pear, almond, citrus come to the fore.

Grapes: Malvasia and Chardonnay  

Food Pairing: This wine pairs best with white meat dishes and noble fish. Due to the strong aroma, this wine goes well with risotto with asparagus or similar dishes with accentuated plant notes.
