Old Pilot's Barrel Aged Gin

This gin is award-winning gin rested in first fill croatian and american oak barrels. Botanical ratios are slightly changed but we still use six croatian handpicked botanicals from mediterranean and continental part of croatia. After distillation gin is rested in five different barrels.

They differ by volume, type of oak, toasting / charring levels, and preparation; each giving its own signature and complexity to the final spirit.
