This Pinot Noir perfectly embodies the most attractive properties of this unique variety. The wonderful scent of violets, cherries, and wild strawberries spread intensely from the glass. A little behind is a nice spicy aroma of tobacco and dark chocolate. In the end, the original floral-fruity notes end in sweet spices. The taste is also complex and very attractive. The distinctive fruitiness is covered with brilliantly dosed acids and spices resulting from the strong alcohol and subtle influence of the wooden barrel. Macerated, aged for a year in wooden barrels.
