Tomić Caplar Barrique 0.75l

Caplar blend wine is Cabernet Sauvignon and Plavac Mali in a ratio of 50-50%. Plavac Mali from the southern slopes of Hvar and cabernet from the northern side of Hvar are vinified separately, after which they are blended and aged for six months in barrique barrels. The result is a wine with smooth tannins, where the intensity and varietal aromas of Plavac are enriched by the elegance and freshness of Cabernet. The characteristic aromas of plums, raisins, and earth are complemented by aromas of black currant and spicy notes. Each bottle bears the winemaker's signature, which guarantees the thought printed on the label: "Made in a combination of Hvar, love, and knowledge". Wine has excellent aging potential.
It goes well with roasted steak and dark meat, venison dishes, and other dishes with a fuller taste.
