The wine is characterized by an excellent straw yellow color with golden edges and is crystal clear and dense. It is harmonious and delicious. This wine has quince compote, dried ferns, star anise, vanilla, and aromatic herbs taste. The wine is dry, partly warm, and soft. On the other hand, it has good freshness, slightly present tannins, and excellent minerality. Its taste intensity is pronounced and lasts quite a long time. The aftertaste has a note of butter and ripe peaches and a pleasant bitterness of almonds.
It goes well with fish, meat, poultry, and red meat.
