Vezak Sauvignon is an excellent wine with sumptuous, finely paired aromas of elderberry, tropical fruit, black currant, and grapefruit. A wine with a solid structure, sharp acids, accentuated freshness, but also strong enough body that makes acids and freshness harmonious and pleasant. The texture is almost oily, the aromas rich, the grassy fruity, and the taste long.
Pairs well with oysters, asparagus dishes, risottos, poultry, shrimp.
