Serpico, Irpinia Aglianico

Feudi di San Gregorio's Aglianico "Serpico" is crafted exclusively from 100% Aglianico grapes. The carefully selected grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a maceration period of three to four weeks. Post-vinification, the wine matures for a minimum of 18 months in a barrique.

The result is a ruby-red wine, intensely brilliant, offering a nose that combines fruity sensations with deeper notes, accompanied by hints of spices and balsamic herbs. The palate experience is characterized by excellent body, warmth, richness, and fullness, with finely integrated tannins contributing to the overall structure.
