Tomić Caplar Barrique 0.75l

The Caplar blend wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Plavac Mali in a 50-50% ratio. Plavac Mali from the southern slopes of Hvar and Cabernet from the northern side are vinified separately, then blended and aged for six months in barrique barrels. The result is a wine with smooth tannins, where the intensity and varietal aromas of Plavac are enhanced by the elegance and freshness of Cabernet. Notes of plums, raisins, and earth are complemented by black currant and spicy undertones. This wine shows excellent aging potential.
