White wine from east continental region of Croatia, Baranja region.
One of the most widely planted white grape varieties in the world. Careful selection of the harvest time and healthy grapes contribute to the development of aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass, with subtle notes of elderflower and vineyard peach. Fermentation and storage under reductive conditions in stainless steel tanks preserve the wine’s delicate aromas.
The color is yellow with a greenish hue. This is a semi-dry wine, bordering on dry, with a residual sugar content of 5.3 g/L, best enjoyed while still young and fresh. On the palate, it is vibrant, with bright acidity and a well-structured body that carries its 13% alcohol beautifully.
Pairs beautifully with fish, white meats, and risottos.
