Montes Alpha "M" is one of the icons of the Montes winery, an exceptional wine of intense dark red color, elegant with fine, velvety tannins. Alpha "M" is a wine with a harmonious structure, rich fruit aromas, and recognizable character, dominated by aromas of ripe red and blackberries, currants, tobacco, and leather, spicy notes of red and black pepper merge with notes of cinnamon and dark chocolate rounding complex wines. In the mouth, it is complex, rich with wonderful notes of vanilla and coffee. It fills the mouth with an intense character, soft tannins, and a very, very long-lasting taste. A wine with very long aging potential, its structure will last for more than 20 years.
It goes well with red meat, steaks, t-bone, kidneys in sherry, and duck confit.
